As a Technical Account Manager at Voyantis, you will collaborate closely with the marketing User Acquisition (UA) team to ensure the success of clients' Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives. Your primary responsibility is managing client relationships and serving as the technical owner during the onboarding and POC phases. Project management is key, as this involves ensuring a fast and smooth data onboarding process, demonstrating significant uplift using the Voyantis product, and maintaining strong relationships and trust with clients.
