We are looking for a Technical Account Manager with 2-5 years of industry experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop and grow large, strategic customer accounts requiring a comprehensive understanding of the technology.

The role requires the capacity to think critically and troubleshoot with minimal assistance. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to create scalable AI solutions.

We seek someone with hands-on experience with major DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), SSPs (Supply-Side Platforms), or ad exchanges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Business or related field with 2-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or a technical client-facing role

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Meta, Amazon DSP, Trade Desk, DV360 certifications) are a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with major DSPs (Deman-Side Platforms), SSPs (Supply-Side Platforms), or ad exchanges.

  • Demonstrated ability to wear multiple hats, such as campaign execution, troubleshooting, and client engagement. 

  • Familiarity with DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360), SSPs, and programmatic tools. 

  • Familiarity with ad-serving platforms (e.g., Campaign Manager 360) 

  • Basic understanding of ad tag trafficking, pixel implementation, and campaign optimization. 

  • Knowledge of programmatic auction dynamics and Real-Time Bidding (RTB) concepts. 

Technical Skills 

  • Ad Tech Expertise: Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs. 

  • Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing campaign performance data using tools like Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), SQL, Tableau, or other BI tools. 

  • Troubleshooting: Experience diagnosing and resolving issues related to ad tags, creative delivery, and discrepancies between platforms. 

  • APIs and Scripting: Familiarity with APIs and basic scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation and data integration is often advantageous. 

Communication Skills

  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively in client onboarding. 

  • Presentation Skills: Proficiency in creating decks and presenting insights or recommendations to clients or internal teams. 

  • Negotiation: Skilled at navigating client needs and managing expectations. 

Project Management 

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, and deliverables. 

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Experience using project management tools like Jira 

  • Comfortable managing multiple roles, such as campaign setup, reporting, and client troubleshooting, often simultaneously. 

Soft Skills 

  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting data-driven solutions. 

  • Collaboration: Effective working with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, engineering, and analytics.
