Description

We are looking for a Technical Lead who will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and reliability of our card issuance and processing systems.

Key Responsibilities

-Technical Leadership: lead the technical direction of card processing development, ensuring high-quality standards are met. 70% techical tasks.-Management (currently one developer) to foster collaboration and innovation. -Communication: act as a primary point of communication with internal and external stakeholders, including Visa and MasterCard, facilitating effective discussions and solutions.-Stability and Reliability: Implement and maintain processes to guarantee a stable support function for card processing operations.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

- Experience in fintech, with significant experience in card processing (including card issuance, transaction authorization, and communication with Visa/MasterCard) would be a plus.- Our stack Golang, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, Gitlab- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to engage effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on creating innovative solutions.
