About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Talent Management Manager, Responsible for providing project-fit freelance talents for various projects.

Key Responsibilities

Providing the suitable freelance talents for the assigned projects through:

  • Finding suitable resources internally from our database through checking the availability of the required resources, matching the project requirements, then connecting the resource to the project manager.
  • Finding suitable resources externally from external portals by searching for resources (talents) in freelance websites (Upwork, American translation association …. etc.) according to project details, coordinating for the assessment, rate, registration, and connecting the resource to the project manager.

Support the freelance talents and update their status:

  • Guide and support freelance talents ( how to access profile, receive and upload the translated files, and how to submit his invoice… etc.)
  • Update freelancers profiles

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistic studies, or Human Resources.
  • Recruitment certificates/courses (a plus).
  • 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset and detail-oriented.
  • Customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills to manage customer issues, build relationships, and cooperate with customers.
