Our team is growing and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Operations Partner to help us build and nurture an exceptional team while driving smooth, and efficent HR operations.

Your Role at LatticeFlow AI ♟️

As a Talent Acquisition & Operations Partner at LatticeFlow AI,  you will play a key role in building and nurturing our team. You’ll be at the forefront of attracting top talent, ensuring smooth operations, and shaping the employee experience. 

You’ll work closely with our management team to ensure we hire the right people, foster a positive workplace culture, and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts—from sourcing great candidates to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to design effective and targeted recruitment strategies.
• Manage key HR operations such as maintaining accurate employee records, overseeing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with Bulgarian labor laws.
• Plan and organize team-building events, retreats, and activities that strengthen team cohesion and morale.
• Support day-to-day operational needs for our Sofia team to ensure an efficient and engaging workplace.
• Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment and operational processes for greater scalability and impact.

What you’ll bring to our team?

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related field.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, HR systems, and local labor laws in Bulgaria.
• A go-getter attitude—you’re organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• A genuine interest in people and a desire to help build a positive, high-performing team.

Previous experience in a tech company or startup environment will be considered a plus.
