What Are We Looking For?

Hyro is scaling fast, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us attract top talent, shaping the future of healthcare.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines, engage top candidates, and support a seamless recruitment process across our global teams in Tel Aviv, New York, and throughout the U.S. If you’re proactive, people-oriented, and ready to make an impact, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end hiring processes for a variety of roles across departments and locations (Tel Aviv, U.S. remote, etc.)
  • Drive and implement global talent strategies focused on attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
  • Become a trusted advisor to hiring managers, serving as the go-to partner for all hiring needs.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Think and act with a data-driven approach to identify bottlenecks and constantly improve our recruitment processes.
  • Working closely with Hyro’s business leadership.
  • Take part in designing Hyro's future culture, employer branding and values.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience recruiting in the U.S. is a significant plus.
  • Native-level English fluency (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Confident decision-making skills and a proactive, positive attitude
  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems such as Comeet and HiBob – an advantage
