Responsibilities
• Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates. • Proactively identify and address hiring needs. • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive relationship management and communicate to bridge gaps between all stakeholders. • Work in tandem with the team and hiring managers to develop, understand requirements and drive the recruiting process. • Suggest and develop strategies that can help build diverse talent and implement full-cycle recruitment to achieve results. • Work on multiple mandates at the same time, each with a different deadline. • Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates. • Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs. • Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand.
Requirements
• 3-5 years’ experience in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring candidates. • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results. • Strong business acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis. • Experience multi-tasking in a high-tech environment. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
