Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruiter (f/m/d)

Starting date: January 2025
Our compensation package:   €60,000 - €65,000 in yearly salary, €10,000 - €30,000 in equity. Additionally, up to €5,000 p.a. in company benefits
Work model: Hybrid in Munich 

Your role


As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own the entire recruitment process, from job opening to onboarding. You'll be responsible for building a highly skilled and diverse team by combining strategic sourcing and performance analytics with strong relationship-building skills.

You’ll lead recruitment efforts, focusing on creating a positive stakeholder experience, ensuring transparent communication and timely feedback at every stage.

This role is perfect for a data-driven, passionate recruiter who thrives on optimizing strategies and processes. By tracking and analyzing key recruitment metrics (KPIs) and leveraging AI, you'll continuously refine and elevate our approach to deliver outstanding hiring results.



Your day-to-day

As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, sourcing top talent, tracking recruitment data, driving process improvements, and taking pride in successfully closing roles.

Your activities include:

Active Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:

  • Use a variety of sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and job boards) to identify and engage top talent.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for both current and future positions.
  • Proactively reach out to passive candidates and build relationships with high-potential talent

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring an efficient and seamless experience for all stakeholders.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, and define an ideal candidate profile.

  • Conduct interviews and partner with hiring managers through the process.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding by collaborating with our People & Community Team and other departments.

Data-Driven Recruitment:

  • Track and analyze recruitment data (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) to optimize processes and ensure recruitment goals are met.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.

  • Implement best practices to streamline the recruiting lifecycle and reduce time-to-fill.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and leverage new tools, technologies, and strategies to improve efficiency.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:

  • Ensure every candidate has a positive experience, regardless of the outcome of their application.

  • Represent the company culture and values through every step of the recruiting process.

Experience and skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter or similar role.

  • Strong expertise in active sourcing techniques and using recruitment platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven experience in data-driven recruitment who is passionate about leveraging data to enhance hiring processes.

  • Experience in continuously improving recruitment processes.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools.

  • A proactive, innovative, and results-driven mindset.

  • You are passionate about recruiting and are eager to grow and continually learn in a modern recruiting environment.
