We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in scaling our team while maintaining a high talent density.

What will you do?

• Own and optimize sourcing, outreach, and pipeline management.
• Work closely with hiring managers to streamline hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.
• Create and manage job postings to attract top talent.
• Improve employer branding and enhance candidate experience.

Qualifications

• ~2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in tech, SaaS, or startups.
• Experience with proactive outreach, and sourcing strategies.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and French
• Proficient with ATS and job posting platforms (Teamtailor, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
