Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

Scope:
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to the organization. You will develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies while ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience. This position is ideal for someone passionate about aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Execution:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for leadership, mid-career, and graduate roles.
  • Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and prioritize workforce planning.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment providers to fulfill hiring demands.

Candidate Experience:

  • Develop and drive best practices for interviews and hiring processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by promoting an engaging and transparent recruitment journey.

Performance Metrics:

  • Monitor and improve key recruitment metrics, including time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Use HR data analytics to derive actionable insights and support business decisions.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead projects aimed at enhancing recruitment processes and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Incorporate new tools and technologies into talent acquisition practices to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related HR function.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies and tools.
