Responsibilities*Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.*Successfully fulfill the Tech, Science and business team's recruiting needs*Identify, attract, and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.*Act as the employer branding champions to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent the company's culture in a meaningful way*Use data to create a narrative around hiring, diversity & inclusion, candidate experience, and team communication & collaboration.*Dive deep into data and root cause issues. *Proactively identify and solve problems.*Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and bespoke candidate experience.*Help improve our process, documentation, tooling and talent market intelligence.*Identify candidate closing strategies and proactively coach and inform candidates through the entire recruiting process.*Develop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for searches across various business & technical functions (GTM; Partnership, Sales, Research Scientist; Engineer) Build relationships for the future with passive candidates and talent.*Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes.
