The Team

The Role

Ø  Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges.

Ø  Conduct workshops and meetings to gather functional requirements.

Ø  Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Symphony Ai Gold solutions for clients in the retail sector.

Ø  Customize Symphony Ai Gold functionalities to meet client-specific needs.

Ø  Provide training to client teams on Symphony Ai Gold functionalities and best practices.

Ø  Offer ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

Ø  Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Symphony Ai Gold configurations, customizations, and client-specific solutions.

Ø  Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, data scientists, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of Symphony Ai Gold solutions.

Ø  Stay informed about the latest developments in Symphony Ai Gold and related technologies to provide proactive insights to clients.

Requirements

We are looking for a Symphony AI Retail Consultant with experience in:

Ø  implementing Symphony.AI within the retail industry

Ø  integration with leading POS providers

Ø  Proven experience as a functional consultant with a focus on Symphony Ai Gold or similar platforms.

Ø  Strong understanding of retail industry processes and challenges.

Ø  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø  Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Ø  Experience in conducting client workshops and training sessions.

Our ideal candidate will be:

Ø  Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit and team player mindset, and adept at engaging senior stakeholders

Ø  An excellent communicator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Ø  A self-starter, able to lead workshops, work in matrix team structure and assume front end roles at client location
