You will:

• Take ownership of, prioritize, and skillfully troubleshoot complex technical issues, delivering exceptional solutions to our clients.

• Serve as a pivotal source of expertise on the sardine risk and payment platform, along with its APIs, SDKs, underlying web-stack technologies, and industry best practices.

• Proactively implement and deploy changes to enhance the customer experience and address their evolving needs.

• Cultivate innovation and forward-thinking, dedicating time to create invaluable tools and comprehensive documentation that empower both our team and clients to achieve greater success.

• Willing to travel 25% of the time to other European countries to support customer golive events

An ideal candidate has:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced technical role, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering results.

• Strong comprehension of software development principles and expertise in web technologies.

• Proficiency in hands-on coding, allowing you to understand and address technical challenges effectively.

• Working knowledge of SQL and APIs, enabling you to navigate data structures and facilitate seamless integrations.

• Exceptional analytical skills, enabling you to discern patterns and anomalies from live data and logs, contributing to swift issue resolution.

• Outstanding communication skills, both in technical and non-technical contexts, exhibited through articulate verbal and written interactions.

• The ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting while also excelling as an individual contributor when required.

• A Computer Science degree or relevant experience as a software engineer is a plus, showcasing your depth of technical expertise.

Compensation: Base pay range of $80,000 - $100,000 + Series B equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits
