Job Overview: Fractal is seeking a highly skilled Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in co-creating and innovating our client’s product vision and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AVEVA software solutions, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and data science projects. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development and implementation of a real-time process control system for specified processes across Manufacturing. 

• Drive the integration of Industry 4.0 IOT systems with existing systems to enhance operational efficiency. 

• Hands on IOT data, make sense of the data, conceptualize insights, drive analytics solutions with clients 

• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to client's data scientists on related use cases. 

• Facilitate the translation of complex data science concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. 

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system integration and data management. 

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technology 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with 2+ years of experience with AVEVA software, MES, and data science projects. 

• Strong understanding of IT-OT convergence and experience with industrial automation systems. 

• Demonstrated experience in managing the development of real-time process control systems. 

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and complex projects. 

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders. 

• Familiarity with Electric products and services is a plus
