As the Director, you will lead a talented team dedicated to transforming our Global Supply Chain through ground breaking AI and predictive analytics. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving critical initiatives that align with our overarching Digital Strategy. You will demonstrate analytics to make data-driven decisions, unlock new insights, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Define and scope digital projects, secure funding, and ensure solution delivery aligned with objectives.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the SCAI&PA team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

  • Consultancy: Advise on AI and Predictive Analytics within the Supply Chain Digital and Analytics (SCDNA) team.

  • Innovation: Explore and integrate new technologies into our Digital Strategy.

  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships and manage project progress.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or related field.

  • 7+ years in supply chain project leadership focusing on planning, forecasting, and logistics.

  • Experience with AI and Predictive Analytics projects.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate AI insights.

Desirable Skills:

  • Consulting experience and proficiency with data science tools.

  • Global or pharmaceutical industry experience.

  • Leading digital projects on a Supply Chain environment.
