We are now looking for a 

Summer Trainee, AI in process productivity 

to join our Collaboration & Productivity team in Espoo, Finland. Our goal is to help people to be happier and more productive at work by getting real value out of automation, AI and collaboration technologies. In this job, you will be applying AI and low-code/no-code technologies to increase the productivity of our business processes, enabling people to focus on the work that really matters. 

We are looking for a student, preferably towards the end of your university studies, to work between May and September 2025, based on availability and preference. You must be able to work from our Espoo office most days of the week, but we also offer a bit of flexibility, recognizing that work is not a place but an activity. 

With us you will be 

• Working with IT and business stakeholders to discover opportunities for AI and automation. 

• Experimenting and demonstrating the value of AI agents by solving business problems and making work more productive and fun. 

• Doing hands-on implementation work with low-code/no-code AI tools with focus on Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Agents. 

We hope you have 

• Good problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of applying technology and common sense to help our people and business. 

• Enthusiasm and capacity to constantly learn new tools and technology, courage to do things we have not done before. 

• Preferably a bit of hands-on experience on low-code platforms, programming and software development. 

• Enthusiasm for generative AI and process automation technologies, maybe even some experience in applying these to real-world problems. 

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Note that Finnish language skills are not a requirement.
