We are now looking for a 

Summer Trainee, AI adoption (Microsoft 365 Copilot) 

to join our Collaboration & Productivity team in Espoo, Finland. Our goal is to help people to be happier and more productive at work by getting real value out of automation, AI and collaboration technologies. In this job, you will be driving the adoption and value realization of daily AI tools for knowledge work, focusing on Microsoft 365 Copilot. 

We are looking for a student, preferably towards the end of your university studies, to work between May and September 2025, based on availability and preference. You must be able to work from our Espoo office most days of the week, but we also offer a bit of flexibility, recognizing that work is not a place but an activity. 

With us you will be 

• Leading people to adopt daily AI tools for knowledge work, primarily focusing on Microsoft 365 Copilot as the technology. 

• Quantifying the impact and value of such AI tools in the workplace, spreading awareness and providing rationale for further investment into technology and adoption work. 

• Learning to become the master, our go-to daily AI expert who can support people in communities by connecting, sharing examples and answering questions. 

We hope you have 

• Hands-on experience of using AI tools in daily work and a strong interest in AI and its applications in the workplace. 

• Interest and knowledge in people change management and facilitation. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English. Note that Finnish language skills are not a requirement. 

• Studies pursuing a degree in a relevant field e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications. Note that this is not a deeply technical job but more focused on how people adopt and utilize technology to get benefits.
