How to contribute to our vision

You will be part of our Next Generation Product Management Team. As our new working student, you will be a part of an international team where teamplay matters. Our Offshore Next Generation Product Management team is dynamic, diverse, and passionate about optimizing the value proposition of Siemens Gamesa’s offshore product offerings

We are looking for a student worker to take an active role in exploring and advising how Artificial Intelligence application can support and improve the way we work across the Product Management organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Outlining AI opportunities to optimize department workflow.

• Defining workflow use cases for AI and requirements for implementation.

• Providing AI outlook and perspectives to further optimize administrative tasks and product offerings

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (Master’s) in Business Administration, Economic, Industrial Engineering (or similar).

To be successful in this role, you need/are:

• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel (VBA coding will be an advantage), further experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI is an advantage.

• Experienced used of AI with up-to-date knowledge on opportunities and trends.

• Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

• Fluent in English

Be aware that we are looking for a candidate, who can attend the office at least 2 times a week.

You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
