Student Worker, Business Apps, Automation & AI 

Are you good at communicating, working in a structured manner, and interested in apps, automation, and AI tools? Then you might be the student worker we are looking for, to work with information technology and communication in a large international food company.

What is Business Apps, Automation & AI?

The Business Apps, Automation & AI team at Danish Crown is responsible for Microsoft Copilot, an AI assistant integrated into all our Microsoft programs. The team handles deployment, user training, and runs a Copilot Community where tips and tricks are regularly published, and workshops are held. We continuously seek feedback on how our users achieve success using AI and take new initiatives based on this feedback.

Additionally, the Business Apps, Automation & AI team consists of developers working on low-code development of business apps and automation, as well as the development of Enterprise GenAI solutions. We are in close dialogue with the business, helping to inspire and demystify AI while optimizing and digitizing processes.

Your primary tasks will include:

• Creating an active Copilot Community with various ongoing initiatives
• Conducting training sessions on how to use Microsoft Copilot
• Communicating about new Copilot features and AI initiatives
• Collecting and analyzing data on the use of AI tools
• Identifying new ways for our users to use Copilot

As a student, you have significant influence in planning your working hours/workweek. The specific number of hours can vary from week to week but will typically be 10-14 hours weekly.

Who are you?

We are looking for a person with strong communication and collaboration skills and a good analytical sense. You have a natural interest in new technology – especially AI tools – and you thrive on taking initiative, working independently, and presenting to others.
We imagine that you are pursuing a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, such as ITKO (Informationsteknologi og Kommunikation) or a related field. If you are pursuing a bachelor's degree, we prefer that you are in one of the final semesters and have ambitions to continue with a master's degree.

You speak and write fluent Danish and English and have practical experience with tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar.
We have an informal tone and emphasize a good and positive working environment with good opportunities for influence and development.
