Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 14 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
  • 10 years of experience in a people management, supervision, or team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in law, business, compliance, or a relevant field.
  • Experience influencing decision-making at all levels, including executive leadership, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, executive management, regulators, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience bringing structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous situations, and ability to analyze fragmented information, identify key attributes, and develop balanced recommendations and effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with industry-accepted risk and compliance policies and frameworks, including risk and compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks.
  • Ability to identify potential risks and develop innovative solutions to ensure ongoing compliance and mitigate potential issues.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $205,000-$288,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Content and AI Policy leads to implement Content and AI programs, proactively identify risk areas, develop strategic roadmaps, oversee their adoption throughout product and cross-functional execution.
  • Lead the team in conducting analyses of complex product features, establishing tracking and reporting, providing clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to policy leads, cross-functional and product teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to determine optimal implementation pathways for new policies, manage the execution of detailed implementation plans to ensure comprehensive and effective Content and AI compliance and risk management programs.
  • Provide leadership, motivation, and empowerment to a team of Risk, Compliance, and Integrity program and policy managers, fostering a collaborative high-performing culture while managing workload and developing talent.
