Description

You’re someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, relationship-building, and innovation. You’re excited by the challenge of forging high-impact collaborations that fuel business growth — not through traditional sales, but by unlocking the power of partnerships.

We’re Darrow, a fast-growing legal tech company building the intelligence layer that transforms how legal risk is discovered, assessed, and acted upon. Using AI, we surface hidden legal threats before they escalate — enabling organizations to respond with speed, clarity, and accountability.

We work with forward-thinking legal teams, and we’re now expanding our ecosystem efforts by collaborating with external partners who help us uncover what others miss. Together, we’re redesigning legal risk from a reactive liability into a proactive source of insight and action.

We’re looking for a Strategic Ecosystem Partnerships Director to lead and scale this function — from identifying high-value partners to shaping long-term collaboration models. If you’re excited about co-creating with impact-driven players across industries and turning ecosystem thinking into a growth engine, this role is for you.

Not Your Typical Role

As the Ecosystem Partnerships Manager, you’ll connect us to the world beyond traditional sales. You’ll lead the effort to identify, engage, and grow a network of strategic partners across NGOs, media, research, data providers, and more.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in the unknown, can build structure where none exists, and sees opportunity in unexpected places. The ideal candidate has experience leading partnership strategies, negotiating creative business models, and driving complex collaborations from idea to execution.

In Darrow’s Business Development Team, there are no playbooks — we write them together. If you’re resourceful, mission-driven, and ready to build something new, we’d love to meet you.
