What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will report to the VP Partnerships at Hyro and will play a pivotal part in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive the growth and success of our company. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, is data and results driven, and excels in building and managing relationships with key partners.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key strategic partners.
- Be the key champion for strategic partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on objectives.
- Motivate partners to drive partner-sourced opportunities and generate co-sell wins.
- Establish KPIs for partners and regularly monitor and report on the performance against these metrics.
- Track and monitor data in Salesforce and provide projections on partner-contributed revenue.
- Regularly assess and enhance the “better together” story & GTM strategy with each partner, working side by side with marketing and product to enable partners to position Hyro effectively in front of target customers
- Identify and evaluate potential new strategic partners in the digital health ecosystem, including assessing inbound requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, solutions, sales, and customer success to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to integrate partner solutions and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics within the digital health tech space, contributing to the overall company strategy
- Analyze data to derive actionable insights and optimize strategies per partner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field OR in lieu of completed degree, must have at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in strategic partnership management, and a successful track record of driving revenue via partners.
- Experience establishing and managing strategic and/or channel partnerships within the healthcare industry is a big plus
- Prior experience working at a digital health, CCaaS, EHR, or Conversational AI company is a big plus
- Strong understanding of digital health trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience building Training, Enablement, and Go-To-Market programs for partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a track record of achieving partnership goals.
- Be open to travel required (~15%)
This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days in the NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Offered rate of compensation (NY locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $170K-230K OTE. The range provided is for NY-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than NY may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
