If you’re passionate about engaging customers and creating a great experience you have a place with us. SentinelOne is growing its Professional Services team and looking for a seasoned SIEM expert to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the SentinelOne AI SIEM product family. 

The role of the SME is to support the Professional Services Team in developing and documenting best practices as well as directly handle complex implementations and consultative engagements in order to deliver exceptional quality services and mission-critical security solutions.

What will you do? 

  • Deliver implementation, enablement and advisory services for SentinelOne AI SIEM and related technologies.
  • Consult with Customers to build collaborative architecture, success criteria and project plans for implementation customized to their business objectives.
  • Possess a basic understanding of FedRAMP and the ability to deliver solutions in these environments.
  • Work with Customers as a trusted advisor helping guide them on ongoing security best practices, platform management and product usage; identify and suggest new opportunities for applying the technology.
  • Empower customers to take on the next wave of questions on their own.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery Partners, enabling them to provide the same level of service to our Customers.
  • Represent and advocate Customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
  • Continuously improve methodologies, deliverables and processes to create an unparalleled Customer Experience.
  • Contribute to internal best practices and HOWTO documentation.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Possess a Customer-centric approach; you enjoy working with Customers and establishing strong relationships.
  • Prior experience in a Professional Services Engineer/Implementation Engineer role or related field services (pre-sales, customer success, etc.)
  • Adept at managing Customer expectations that results in high customer satisfaction.
  • Project management skills including coordinating resources within and outside of the company.
  • Strong background with SIEM (Splunk, Devo, Qradar, Exabeam, etc.), big data platforms (Cassandra, Hadoop, etc.), data lakes (Snowflake, DataBricks), streaming analytics (Kafka), and/or log management (ElasticSearch, SumoLogic, etc.)
  • Some code writing proficiency is desired (C/C++, Shell, Perl, and/or Python) 
  • Experience with RegEx and writing parsers
  • Background in cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google) and technologies such as Kubernetes 
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in communicating with Customers from diverse cultures.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Strong team player but still a self-starter.
  • Thrives in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
  • Ability to travel to visit prospects, customers and partners on occasion (no more than 25% and as required).

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some

locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting
