This role will focus on integrating the data into process, and work with data scientist and our engineering team.
We are interested in hearing from people who:
Are comfortable working across the full lifecycle of agile projects (ideation through implementation).
Are happy working as an individual contributor that pushes our analytics platforms forward, delivering increasing levels of self-service, automation, and reduced operational risk.
Have an excellent understanding of data structures including time variant and dimensional models, algorithms, operating systems, and/or distributed systems.
Have experience building and managing stateful stream processing pipelines, including checkpointing and state backends.
Bring a strong understanding of distributed systems.
Provide excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and reliability.
Have experience in the design and implementation of data platforms at the Enterprise level.
Have an excellent understanding of Data Mesh/Data Lake and data product concepts.
Have a strong focus on understanding requirements and designing composable end-to-end solutions.
Have a strong understanding of cloud security framework.
Have a strong understanding of AI and Gen AI.
Have a strong understanding of Data Sampling mechanism on AI Automation.
Exposure of Large Language Model (LLM) and related to technologies.
Tech Skills:
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but having significant experience and exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team.
AWS compute, storage, analytics and metadata services (Datazone/Sagemaker Unified Studio is desirable).
ANSI/ISO SQL, backend coding expertise in Java or Python.
Hadoop platform, using Spark, TCF, and various ETL frameworks.
Data warehouses such as Redshift, Teradata, Snowflake, Oracle.
Realtime streaming technologies, Kafka and Flink is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS Certified Data Engineer – Associate.
AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty.
