Your role:

We offer the chance to work in  a challenging technical environment where science is transferred into real products. You can work together with an international team with technical experts from around the globe to develop new sensors, applications and platforms to define the future automotive technology.

In that role you are able to work on key enabling technologies for ADAS and AD features.

• Responsibility for vehicle near and feature near development of ML based algorithms

• Understanding the impact of the complex ADAS / AD architecture and proposing / developing alternatives

• All over ownership on features developed in a big project context

• Nearly every day working directly with test and demonstrator vehicles

Your background:

• Master or Ph.D. in computer science, electrical engineering or related field

• Excellent analytical skills and a good mathematical background

• Expertise in ADAS system architecture and vehicle near development at least 10 years

• Professional experience with AI and machine learning development at least 5 years

• Very deep understanding in ADAS / AD software architecture and related vehicle behavior

• Ability to oversee a large system and still deep dive on relevant algorithms

• Communication expert, being able to break down complex context to accurate but easy to understand summaries

• Professional hands-on experience in most of the following:

                     -Perception, either CV or radar signal processing

                     -Sensor capabilities, specifications and its role in the system, deep understanding

                     -Deep learning and other modern machine learning methods and products in ADAS

                     -Object tracking and temporal fusion methods, SLAM, ADAS feature development

                    -Vehicle control and advanced testing and tuning for customer readiness

                    -ADAS market understanding and state of the art technology experience

• Experience with C/C++ and /or RUST, developer background

• Capability and willingness to act as test driver for closed-loop feature development

• Experience developing software as part of a team

• Familiar with Embedded AI and real-time and embedded systems

• Experience with deep learning toolkits
