WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Sr Data Scientist  who will be responsible for oversee the daily runs of digital twin models in production, evaluate performance metrics and conduct root cause analysis for any issues. Supporting new Digital Twin initiative within NUSA. Responsible for maintaining solutions that generate $10-20M+ of value annually.

The ideal candidate in this role is a Data Scientist or Engineer with a passion for optimizing workflows and a strong inclination towards practical problem-solving, demonstrating a keen interest in the engineering aspects of data science.

ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sr. Data Scientist  will be responsible for:

• MLOps (monitoring models / Digital Twins in production)
• Evaluate performance metrics and tune models
• Issue root cause analysis and issue resolution
• Develop enhancements to models as needed by the business

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND REQUIRED

• Bachelor´s Degree in Computer science, statistics, mathematics, analytics, or Business / economics.
• Fluent English conversation skills.
• Data Analysis and statistical skills
  • Proficiency in analyzing data using python
• Machine Learning and Modeling
  • Experience building and validating models
• Data Engineering
  • Proficient in data manipulation through scripting in python
• Root Cause Analysis
  • Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in data models.
• Programming
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience with Git
• Nice to have:
  • MLOps Practices
    • Familiarity using CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g., Docker) for model deployment
  • Data Visualization
    • Experience with data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Streamlit) to present findings.
