Overview of Job Function:

The  Sr. Solution Architect- AI plays a critical role in driving the adoption of Verint's innovative solutions by designing tailored architectures that meet our customers' unique needs in collaboration with the Verint Cloud Platform. Primary areas of focus will include aligning Verint Da Vinci AI and Verint CX Automation technologies with customers’ business objectives.  This role work closely with sales, services, engineering, and customer teams to ensure successful project design, delivery and customer satisfaction. While creating strong partnerships with customers.   

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

Solution Design  

• Develop and implement comprehensive solution architectures for Verint products supporting premise, hybrid and full cloud deployments in the Verint Cloud Platform.  

• Deep understanding of various IT technologies, including:  
  • Cloud computing platforms  
  • Generative AI and AI Technologies  
  • Solution Architecture 
  • Network and Security protocols  

• Analyze customer technologies and requirements, to design and create technical specifications and architectures to meet customer demands.  

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of Verint solutions with existing customer environments including Telephony, Data Lakes, Reporting, CRM and more.  

SaaS Solutions  

• Guide customers through the migration of premise Verint solutions to cloud-based environments.    

• Support and address connectivity, security, and migration challenges.  

• Conduct RFP/RFI evaluations and security assessments.  

Verint Da Vinci AI  

• Partner with sales teams to promote Verints Da Vinci AI capabilities and assist customers in understanding their benefits, security implications, and potential use cases.  

• Address customer objections and provide guidance on complex AI-related topics including security, connectivity and data protection.  

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience. 

• Minimum 7 Years of Presales Solutions Consulting, with strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Telephony technologies.  

• Strong technical expertise in Verint products and solutions.  

• Deep understanding of cloud technologies, including cloud migration strategies and security best practices.  

• Core understanding of Artificial Intelligence including Generative AI and Large Language Models, Telephony Integrations, and infrastructure best practices.  

• Proven ability to design and implement complex technical solutions.  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.  

• Ability to work effectively independently and with a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Demonstrated highly developed project management and organizational skills. 

• Ability and proven experience interfacing with all levels of management. 

• Travel expectations are 50-60%. 

• Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations 

• The ability to obtain the necessary credit line required to travel.
