Summary of Position:As the Sr. Manager you will be responsible for consistent and sustainable growth regarding Business Development, Account Management, and Delivery skills. This position will support the technology staffing environment based on key technology insights having a deep understanding of our business.  The Sr. Manager is a key member of the team and will be responsible for the implantation and operation of the staff augmentation program. Essential Functions:Responsible for the staff augmentation category of services, including policy development, process design, and underlying VMS (Vendor Management System) implementation and automated program processStructure program and project delivery teams focusing on efficiently meeting business requirements Define responsibilities and roles needed to successfully fulfill the team's objectives Ensure adherence and compliance of country regulations, SEC requirements, etc. during recruiting and staffing Serve as the primary point of contact, liaison, and escalation for staff augmentation inquiries from Sourcing, Hiring Managers, Contingent Workforce, and Internal TeamProvide guidance and administer company policies and procedures accurately and consistently. Manage the various compliance requirements throughout the organizationAnalyze, troubleshoot, and proactively challenge existing processes and workflows – suggest and support implementation of necessary changes to optimize performance and user experienceResponsible for full P&L management for the Staff Augmentation service lineResponsible for various reporting cadence, inclusive of recurring Operations Reviews with Business Partners/Stakeholders monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of the staff augmentation workforce program, and using data to highlight issues and recommend solutionsPartner with business leaders and advise on how to best source and deploy staff augmentation resources, creating staff augmentation recruitment strategies, and sustainable processesAt request, analyze and extract potential sourcing opportunities for the business. Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve corporate efficiency, and create processes and standards for selection implementationResponsible for the end-to-end project management, support, service, and execution review processes.
