Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. Given the strategic importance of Search and LLM technology in our industry, this role offers significant visibility and impact within the company. You will play a central role in building novel AI and Search products, guiding strategy, and informing the vision of Datasite’s flagship product, the market leading Virtual Data Room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a clear vision for AI and search functionalities within Datasite’s VDR. Align product development with business goals and market needs.
  • Product Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven search products. Ensure these products meet high standards of performance and usability.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of competitive landscape and emerging trends in AI and search technologies. Use insights to shape product strategy and maintain market leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to drive cohesive product development. Act as a bar raiser to ensure high standards and innovative solutions.
  • User Focus: Gather and analyze user feedback to continually improve search and AI functionalities. Design products with a deep understanding of user needs and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, focusing on AI or Search products; Proven track record of successful product launches
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, search technologies, and data analytics. Ability to guide technical development with engineering teams;
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and uphold high standards.
  • Analytical Thinking: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to make data-driven decisions and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.

The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position.  Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Salary range is $160,000-220,000
