We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead AI/ML Engineer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a solid background in machine learning and statistical modeling, The Lead AI/ML Engineer will play a key role in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve lead generation and lead scoring, customer segmentation, and marketing automation activities! Additionally, this candidate will be responsible for strategizing and optimizing ad campaigns, ensuring maximum conversion rates for our advertisers. Does this sound like you?

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Apply advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to develop lead scoring models, identifying high-potential leads and prioritizing them for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Analyze customer data to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and demographics, enabling more effective lead and account targeting and personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Develop customer scoring models to segment customers based on their likelihood to engage, convert, and retain, enabling tailored marketing strategies and personalized customer experiences.
  • Derive marketing automation activities based on data insights, optimizing customer engagement and conversion throughout the marketing funnel.
  • Apply data analysis and segmentation techniques to build and refine target audiences for ad campaigns, ensuring maximum relevance and efficiency.
  • Continuously optimize ad campaign audiences during delivery, using real-time data and insights to increase conversion rates and return on investment for our advertisers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering to drive data-driven decision-making and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior collaborators, encouraging a culture of innovation and excellence.

 

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling, preferably in a marketing or advertising context.
  • 5+ years of experience in qualification and lead scoring
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical techniques, and data visualization tools.
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical partners.
  • Proven track record of leading data-driven projects from conception to execution, delivering measurable business impact.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.

 

Nice to have

Experience with big data technologies and platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, AWS, CGP, or Snowflake.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $203,200.00 - 215,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
