- Design and implement machine learning models to support personalization, segmentation, and predictive analytics.
- Build sentiment analysis models using text data (e.g., reviews, surveys) to enhance customer experience.
- Develop affinity models across product, brand, category, and channel to drive tailored content and communications.
- Create dashboards and automated tools to monitor key metrics and identify trends or anomalies.
- Develop reports that evaluate marketing program performance and highlight opportunities for optimization.
- Partner with business leaders to identify analytical opportunities and solve complex problems.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, impactful way.
- Foster a data-driven culture by making data accessible and actionable across the organization.
- Statistical Analysis & Probability: Strong grasp of distributions, hypothesis testing, and statistical modeling.
- Machine Learning: Experience with supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and tuning.
- Data Wrangling & Visualization: Proficiency with tools like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
- SQL: Advanced skills in querying structured data, especially in BigQuery.
- Python: Expertise in Python and libraries such as transformers, datasets, scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Version Control: Familiarity with Git and GitHub for collaborative development.
- Experience with GCP or Azure for deploying and scaling ML/GenAI models.
- Knowledge of MicroStrategy and creating reports in Dossier.
