About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:    

• Creative Concept Design: Responsible for the creative conception in the early stage of the project, and propose innovative design solutions to ensure that the design is forward-looking and attractive. 创意概念设计：负责项目前期的创意构思，提出创新性设计方案，确保设计具有前瞻性和吸引力。
• Visual and interactive design: Efficiently use various AI creation platforms and large model functions for visual design and interaction design, optimize user experience, and improve product ease of use and attractiveness. Explore new features, continuously optimize the design, and improve the quality of the product.视觉与交互设计：高效运用各类AI创作平台和大模型功能（如语言类大模型、文生图模型等）进行视觉设计和交互设计，优化用户体验，提升产品易用性和吸引力。探索新功能量持续优化设计，提升产品质感。
• Project execution and implementation: Participate in the whole process of design from design demand research, conception and scheme implementation, and work closely with the development team to ensure the accurate realization of the design. 项目执行与落地：参与从设计需求调研、构想、方案落地的全流程设计工作，与开发团队紧密合作，确保设计的准确实现。
• Design Specification and Optimization Iteration: Develop and maintain design specifications to ensure design consistency and scalability, and continuously improve design efficiency, quality, and delivery experience based on data analysis and user feedback. 设计规范及优化迭代：制定和维护设计规范，确保设计的一致性和可扩展性，结合数据分析和用户反馈不断提升设计效率、质量和交付体验。 
• Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, developers, business units, and more to ensure that the design meets the overall project goals and drives the project smoothly. 跨部门协作：与产品经理、开发人员、业务部门等协作，确保设计方案满足项目整体目标，推动项目顺利进行。 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, with more than 8 years of relevant work experience 大学本科及以上学历，拥有 8年以上相关工作经验
• Familiar with the attributes of WeChat Internet new media, master the professional skills of Internet media design熟悉微信互联网新媒体的属性，掌握互联网媒体设计的专业技能
• Good at product design under AI tools, desktop/mobile product design is preferred擅长在AI工具类下进行产品设计，桌面端/移动端产品设计优先
• Perfectionist in details with mature UI design masterpieces有成熟的UI设计代表作，极度重视细节，追求完美
• Basic interaction and product thinking, excellent communication and collaboration skills, excellent proposal and influence skills, proactivety有基础的交互及产品思维，沟通协作能力优秀，出色的提案技巧和说服力，主动性强；
• Clear logic, thinking outside the box, product-experience-research enthusiast, pioneer spirite逻辑清晰、思维敏锐、不自我设限，热衷于产品体验研究，善于打破传统，探索创新解决方案；
• Strong multitask skills, result-driven execution with agility and high-qulity output 多任务处理能力，推动执行力强，过程敏捷的同时保证高水淮产出
• Life insurance business knowledge is preferred 具备人寿保险业务知识者优先
• Proficient presentation and communication skill in Mandarin具备熟练的普通话演示和沟通能力
• Office software(Word, Excel, PPT etc.) is required需熟练使用办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT 等）
