Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sr Account Executive. In this role, you will bring your experience and energy to the Intrinsic Commercial team, with the overall goal to increase the adoption of our software by solution builders, and to facilitate the successful deployment of robotic solutions at end-customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sell joint collaborations to Solution Builders
    • Generate leads
    • Land our value proposition and convince Solutions Builders
    • Define collaboration SOW
    • Negotiate terms 
  • Support Solution Builders selling to End-customers
    • Help SB with their sales plan
    • Execute sales plan in tandem with EC as needed (generate leads, pitch, close)
  • Perform strategic market analysis, to inform which new areas / use cases  we should go after
  • Inform our commercial offering (pricing, terms) based on your observation from customer feedback and market analysis 

How your work moves the mission forward

Your role is pivotal in advancing our mission by generating traction on key metrics such as the number of Solution Builder partners, number of robots deployed with Intrinsic support, and generated revenues.

Skills you will need to be successful

  • Enterprise software sales experience, both hunting and farming
  • Experience in Industrial sectors, ideally in automation
  • Ability to problem-solve (rather than simply reusing existing playbooks) to define and execute effective sales strategies, in ambiguous environment as we introduce both new technology and new business model
  • Rigor, quant skills
  • Clear, structured and succinct oral and written communication
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes within North America (approx. 25% travel)

Skills that will differentiate your candidacy

  • Engineering background
  • Experience with channel partners sales
  • Management consulting experience
