Specialist - IT Product Development / The AI Integration developer
What can you expect?
The AI Integration developer will play a crucial role in coding, testing, and debugging workflow solutions within the AI Support product. You will work under the guidance of the product manager to meet deliverables and contribute significantly to our AI Bot product development. This role requires a balance of independence in designing and developing technical modules, along with collaborative efforts in team projects and technical support.
Understands and coordinates potential dependencies across solution design, development, testing, deployment, support, and maintenance activities, ideally supporting an AI Bot built on a LLM, plus integration with other ITSM and Knowledge platforms
