Your Role: 

As a Specialist in GenAI for Marketing & Communications at ZEISS, you will be tasked with building and maintaining an "Enablement Framework". This comprises of defining standards, implementing tools, offering support, and providing inspiration for the application of GenAI tools by our global Marketing & Communications and Digital Marketing teams.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Define and establish standards (legal, brand, process, etc.) for using GenAI tools in Marketing & Communications, in collaboration with experts and teams across the ZEISS group. 

• Identify and implement GenAI tools in collaboration with internal and external specialists. 

• Collaborate with global Marketing, Communications, and Digital Marketing teams to integrate GenAI tools into their workflows optimally. 

• Network with leading experts and suppliers in the field, staying abreast of the latest trends and developments in GenAI for Marketing & Communications. 

• Provide ongoing training to ZEISS teams and aspire to become a thought leader in your field, inspiring teams at ZEISS and beyond. 

Your Profil: 

• Experience and understanding of the application of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in Marketing & Communications and basics of AI in general. 

• Solid understanding of Digital Marketing and the role GenAI plays in crafting effective marketing strategies, campaigns, assets, and experiences. 

• Existing network of contacts in the field of GenAI for Marketing & Communications or an eagerness to build one. 

• Team player with experience in an international context and Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in English. 

• Proactive approach, comfort in taking responsibility, and managing multiple concurrent projects. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Design, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred. 

• Certifications or continuous education in GenAI, Digital Marketing, or related fields are an advantage.

• Ability to convey and explain complex concepts in a comprehensible manner. 

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking with high level of adaptability and flexibility.
