The Role: Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer who can bridge the gap between Product, Technology, and Sales. This is a critical role where you will play a key part in supporting our sales reps, working on integrations, and ensuring seamless technical solutions for our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the technical expert in client-facing meetings, supporting our sales team with a deeper technical understanding of our solutions.
• Work on custom integrations (e.g., Zapier (or similar), Stripe, analytics) to meet client needs; pre and post-sale.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure smooth solution implementation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring they get the best possible value from our platform.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve complex integration issues, identifying solutions that work for both our business and our clients.
• Assist in the development and deployment of automation workflows to optimize operations.
• Provide technical training and support for internal teams and external partners.
• Create re-usable templates that can be used to streamline sales and client onboarding.

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer-Facing Confidence: Able to engage directly with clients explaining technical solutions in a clear and compelling way.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of API integrations, automation tools, and analytics.
• Coding experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to build or troubleshoot integrations.
• Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: Comfortable troubleshooting and implementing custom solutions.
• Proactive & Ownership Mentality: You get things done and take responsibility.
• Clear Communication: Ability to translate technical details into actionable insights.
• Team Player: Works well with sales, product, and tech teams.
• Curiosity & Growth Mindset: Always looking to improve and learn new skills.
• Adaptability: Able to manage multiple tasks and pivot quickly as priorities change.

Bonus Points for

• Experience with Zapier, Stripe, analytics platforms, or CRM integrations.
