About the Role:
A Pre-Sales Solutions Architect, is the technical expert and trusted advisor for potential customers, guiding them through the process of specifying applications on the Builder.ai platform.
Pre-Sales Solution Architects have a key role to play to accurately specify customers’ applications so that Builder is able to consistently deliver for them - on time, within budget and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Researching and understanding customer industries and business models to effectively tailor solutions to their specific needs.
Requirements
-A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred. A strong understanding of software development principles, architectures, and associated technologies is essential.
-Familiarity with the concepts and benefits of composable software is highly desirable. Experience with modular architectures, APIs, and integrations is a plus.
-Exceptional listening, communication and presentation skills are essential for effectively understanding and conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. This includes the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
-Ability to work collaboratively with customer and partner teams, as well as internal Builder.ai Sales, Product and Engineering teams to create winning propositions for customers.
-Ability to identify delivery and commercial risks and propose strategies alternatives and solutions to mitigate these risks
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for understanding customer challenges and designing effective solutions.
-The ability to think critically and creatively to address unique customer needs is essential.
-Prior experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales engineering, consulting or product development, is highly valuable.
-A proven track record of building rapport and establishing trust with customers is essential. Experience using CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.
