We're building automated trading infrastructure for digital assets and need an exceptional engineer to lead development.

You'll architect and build high-performance systems that can manage 1000+ concurrent trading bots across multiple blockchain networks.

This role focuses on building trading infrastructure, not making trading decisions.

What You'll Build

1. Set up "listening" / crawlers on Twitter/X, Reddit, Discord, and on-chain sources

2. Use generic AI models for sentiment classification

3. Create secure wallet management and transaction systems across different networks (eth, solana, base, etc)

4. Bot orchestration system (1000+ instances) and how to spawn new bots and how to allocate capital effectively to them

5. Build real-time monitoring and risk management tools

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience

• Strong Node.js/TypeScript or Python skills

• Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis

• Background in distributed systems

• Knowledge of blockchain/Web3 development

• Solid understanding of system architecture

• Excellent English communication

Nice to Have

• Trading systems experience

• MEV or arbitrage background

• Experience with Base, Solana development

• AI/ML system integration experience
