About the Role

We at Innovaccer are looking for a Software Development Engineer-II (AI/ML) to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business problems. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, leveraging your technical expertise to build scalable systems while gaining exposure to complex AI/ML challenges

A Day in the Life

• Design and develop AI-powered applications to enhance patient care and healthcare analytics.
• Build efficient and reusable machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate AI/ML models into production systems and monitor their performance.
• Build scalable data pipelines to preprocess data for model training and deployment.
• Develop APIs and microservices to enable seamless integration of AI/ML solutions with existing platforms.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code in Python or other programming languages.
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure AI/ML solutions adhere to best practices in scalability, security, and performance.
• Work with large datasets to extract insights, preprocess data, and perform feature engineering.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to enhance existing systems.

 What You Need

• 2-4 years of experience in AI/ML development with a start-up mindset and a strong willingness to learn.
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or Java.
• Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs or microservices using frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and big data tools like Apache Spark or Hadoop.
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing techniques and feature engineering.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
