Bonnie is an always-on, in-app assistant designed to guide, automate, and take action across our CRM platform. You’ll be part of a small, hands-on team working on everything from LLM integrations and prompt engineering to infrastructure and tooling that enables smart, scalable AI experiences for users across Europe.

You don’t need prior AI experience - just the curiosity and drive to learn fast, collaborate closely, and push boundaries.

Some of the things you’ll be up to:

• Build Voyado’s core AI capability and set the standards for both intuitive AI implementation and our AI architecture.

• Collaborating closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Developers to continuously innovate and refine AI-driven experiences.

• Setting standards for AI model evaluation, observability, performance optimization, cost control, and ethical usage.

• Designing and building powerful AI toolboxes and SDKs (.NET-friendly) that simplify AI integration for other product teams.

• Acting as an AI evangelist across Voyado, empowering teams to confidently adopt and leverage AI capabilities.

You’ll help build Voyado’s core AI agent, connecting seamlessly across our entire platform, dramatically enhancing how users interact with our solutions. Your work will transform AI from a feature into a fundamental aspect of our product experience.

So, who are you?

We’re looking for an experienced engineer passionate about new AI-driven solutions. With other words we don't require any previous hands on experience building LLMs and such but we believe that you have some of the following experiences:

• 5+ years building full-stack web products with modern backend languages (C#, Java, Python, Go) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Svelte) and TypeScript.
• The willingness to work with C# and SQL Server – that’s the foundation of our work.
•  Experience in architecture and building efficient, scalable systems.
  • Understanding of performance and optimization in high-scale environments.
