Building solutions for a better life. The Bosch Building Technologies division is a leading international provider of systems, solutions and services that increase the safety of people, buildings and property and also contribute to greater comfort, energy efficiency and sustainability.

Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-divisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.

• This position is intended for KEENFINITY GmbH, an innovative company with approximately 4,200 employees worldwide. The company is currently being carved out from the Bosch Group and will operate as an independent entity starting in mid-2025. You can look forward to a dynamic work environment with plenty of room for creativity and exciting development opportunities.

• You will be responsible for the technical design and coordination of transitioning existing user interfaces to future-proof technologies.

• Together with your colleagues, you will take charge of redefining the cross-team development of unified user interfaces and their successful integration into a variety of applications on different target platforms.

• As a member of an agile team, you will also be directly involved in the development and implementation of prototypes, software products, and reusable software components.

• You will support and advise other agile teams in building competencies, planning, and implementing the transition and development of new user interfaces.

• Additionally, you will act as an interface in collaboration with colleagues from UX/UI Design and Product Management.

Qualifications

• Education: Completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification, accompanied by several years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience and Expertise: You have several years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer for web applications in the field of Progressive Web Apps using modern frameworks (e.g., React). Ideally, you also have experience in developing native applications (C++, C#) or apps (C++, Kotlin, Java, Objective C) for Windows, Linux, Android, or iOS. Additionally, you possess practical experience in agile software development as well as a deep understanding of the underlying agile principles and methods. You have an affinity for software architecture and high-quality implementation, which you have already demonstrated in practice. You have experience in technically guiding colleagues, coordinating complex topics across teams, and constructively and creatively resolving priority conflicts.
• Qualifications: You work independently and goal-oriented. Constructive collaboration both within your team and across teams is a given for you. Moreover, you can impress with solid expertise and methodological competence, enabling you to take on a leading role in content matters. This means you have the skills and experience to successfully implement all aspects of your ideas and proposals if needed. Your strengths include strong communication skills and proactivity in coordinating the topics within your area of responsibility.
• Languages: Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, at a professional level.
