Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Partnerships Associate to build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and social media personalities. This role involves identifying potential partners, executing outreach strategies, managing collaborations, and ensuring successful campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple partnerships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Identification: Research and identify relevant influencers and creators aligned with brand goals and KPIs.
2. Outreach & Relationship Building: Execute outreach strategies via email and social platforms to foster strong influencer relationships.
3. Contract & Agreement Management: Draft, negotiate, and manage SLAs, ensuring clear deliverables and payment terms.
4. Content Collaboration: Coordinate with influencers to develop, review, and finalize campaign content.
5. Campaign Tracking: Monitor outreach efforts, track partnership progress, and measure campaign performance metrics.
6. Budget Management: Manage and track campaign budgets and payments.
7. Follow-Up & Reporting: Ensure timely deliverables, verify campaign completion, and prepare performance reports.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or related fields.
• Proficiency with data collection tools (e.g., Appify, Python, Excel) and CRM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on campaign performance.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube) and influencer ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in drafting and negotiating agreements or contracts.
• Familiarity with email marketing and outreach tools.
• Budget management experience.
