Responsibilities:
Build and execute the social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter.
Create content calendars, write copy, and collaborate with design to produce scroll-stopping content.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and people teams to amplify campaigns, launches, hiring, and culture.
Stay on top of trends, creator economy, startup buzz, and jump on real-time moments.
Own brand tone and consistency across posts, comments, DMs, and replies.
Qualification & Skills:
2–5 years of experience in social media/content — preferably in a startup or fast-moving brand.
Strong command of short-form storytelling, copywriting, and visual-first thinking.
Knows the difference between what works on LinkedIn vs. Twitter vs. Instagram.
Bonus: You’ve helped grow a brand (or personal brand) from scratch.
High ownership, creativity, and a strong sense of what “good content” looks like.
