Your mission

• Develop and execute a social media strategy to position the company as a leader in UAV defense and security
• Manage content creation, engagement, and community building across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and defense forums
• Create high-impact visual and written content tailored to B2G (government), B2B (industry), and defense audiences
• Drive brand awareness and thought leadership through strategic social media campaigns
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, optimizing engagement and outreach strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and government affairs teams to align messaging with industry trends
• Track and respond to industry discussions, competitor activity, and defense-related social narratives

Your profile

• 3+ years experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital communications
• Strong understanding of B2G and B2B social media strategies in defense, aerospace, or security sectors
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media analytics platforms
• Ability to craft engaging posts, industry insights, and thought leadership content
• Familiarity with defense technology, cybersecurity, UAVs, or military procurement trends
• Experience managing paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Promotions)

• Background in government affairs, PR, or military-focused content marketing
• Knowledge of SEO, influencer outreach, and reputation management in the defense sector
• Experience working with classified or ITAR-compliant social media communication
