Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and entrepreneurial Simulation Engineer to join our dynamic, fast-moving startup team. This role requires someone comfortable navigating uncertainty, rapidly experimenting, and delivering tangible results using state-of-the-art AI methodologies, including multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning (RL), generative AI (LLMs), and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine cutting-edge multi-agent simulations to model complex behaviors and systems.

• Develop reinforcement learning algorithms and generative AI models for realistic simulation scenarios.

• Employ Monte Carlo techniques for scenario testing, predictive analytics, and risk assessment.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate simulations into scalable, real-time platforms.

• Quickly prototype, test, and iterate on simulation solutions in response to customer feedback.

• Provide actionable analytics and insights derived from simulation outputs.

• Keep abreast of cutting-edge AI research, continuously incorporating innovations into our solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.

• Strong expertise in multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, generative AI, or Monte Carlo methods.

• Proficient in Python and AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Experience deploying AI models into production environments, preferably on cloud platforms (AWS).

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong intellectual curiosity, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
