About The Role:
A Nimble Service Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of technicians responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and operational efficiency across Nimble’s facilities. This includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to service standards, driving continuous improvement, and developing team members. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Satisfaction: Surpassing customer expectations, analyzing service trends, and developing new processes to elevate the overall service experience.

  • Team Leadership: Inspiring, guiding, and mentoring a team of technicians, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Operational Excellence: Comprehending and enhancing all facets of robot performance, including safety protocols, efficiency, quality control, and technical proficiency.

  • Business Management: Interpreting key business metrics and directing daily operations to achieve ambitious targets in productivity, quality, cost-effectiveness, and revenue/margin.

  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities and implementing changes to boost efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
