Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for engineering roles, from initial sourcing to extending offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding transition.
Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively source and engage top tech talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, tech communities, and networking events.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand job requirements, team goals, and the specific skill sets needed for each position.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and in-depth interviews, assessing candidates’ technical abilities, culture fit, and alignment with role requirements.
Employer Branding: Represent and promote our brand in the tech community, attending meetups, career fairs, and tech conferences to build a network of high-potential candidates.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize metrics and analytics to track recruitment success and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement in the hiring process.
Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process, from initial contact to feedback and offer stages.
Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with tech hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights to guide recruitment strategies and salary offers.
Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on technical and engineering roles within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical skill sets, job functions, and industry trends in software development, engineering, data science, and IT.
Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in using advanced sourcing tools and techniques, including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and various social and professional networks.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and guide both candidates and hiring managers.
Data Orientation: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make strategic adjustments based on insights.
Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a tech company or in-house recruiting team is highly preferred.
Familiarity with recruiting for niche and senior-level tech positions.
Knowledge of diversity and inclusion hiring practices.
Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, AIRS) is a plus.
