Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Scope: This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing exceptional talent, and collaborating with clients to meet their hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, a strategic mindset, and the ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
- Create compelling job descriptions aligned with role requirements.
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Use various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent networks, to identify top candidates.
Client Relationship Management:

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing regular updates and insights into the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Talent Market Insights:

Conduct market research to stay updated on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and industry insights.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles.
Performance Tracking:

Measure and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.
- Use data insights to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
Employer Branding:

Collaborate with marketing to promote Jadeer’s employer brand across online platforms and events.
- Represent Jadeer at recruitment fairs and networking events.
Compliance and Best Practices:

Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to labor laws and organizational policies.
- Stay informed on HR and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within an agency or consultancy setting.
Proficiency in using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with clients.
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
