About the Role

As the Senior Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Partner , you will be the architect of our recruitment strategy and execution, leading the process from end to end. This hands-on role requires you to build and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent, ensuring we meet our ambitious targets. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s future by sourcing, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates across various functions, creating unique and memorable candidate experience.

Additionally, you will design and manage employee experience programs that enhance our culture and foster a positive work environment. You will champion our onboarding journey for new hires, maintain high levels of satisfaction, collect feedback & improve the onboarding experience as we continue to grow.You will also have the opportunity to lead and support other HR initiatives that aim to strengthen our company culture and employee engagement

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Design and implement an effective, data-driven, and tailored global hiring strategy.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, aligning hiring decisions with business needs and company culture.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create strategies for candidate outreach.
  • Create engaging candidate experiences and manage the hiring pipeline, including proactive sourcing and headhunting.
  • Build and manage Justt’s employer brand programs.
  • Employee Experience:
  • Develop and implement a global employee well-being strategy aligned with business needs.
  • Oversee orientation, onboarding, offboarding, and all employee life cycle experiences.
  • Translate culture through in-person and virtual events and experiences.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a global startup.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing Employee Experience programs and initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle global recruiting, including interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Experience with hiring Go To Market talent in the US and EU.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale events.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Hebrew.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
