Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team at WitnessAI, where innovation meets security in the exciting realm of AI! We are looking for a Senior SWE to join our Network Security team to assist in building a revolutionary security product.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Rust and have a high degree of comfort with advanced concepts (async programming, real time data processing pipelines, efficient memory management).

• Experience in network software development with strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols (TCP, UDP, HTTP, Websockets, JSON, etc).

• Protocol/low level knowledge of TLS, Key Management and Network Security technologies (DLP, VPN, SIEM)

• Experience with high-traffic infrastructure, including proficiency with monitoring (service-specific metrics, logs, and traces), unix network debugging, and proactively addressing performance and reliability concerns.

• Experience with packet inspection tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, tshark to gain insights into network traffic.

• Experience in Golang and its ecosystem. Preferably in cloud-native development.

Salary range:

$180,000-$220,000
